The ordering of As-Is website works differently from the shopping cart system that you are familiar with on Mascara.page. So please read!
Because items on As-Is site are highly individualized and limited(1 each, usually), we are not doing the shopping cart system to prevent over-ordering.

Sometimes, merchants send me product samples. Sometimes, products take the brunt of the tough shipping journey and arrive in less than awesome conditions with some scratches and broken seals.
Do you dump your beloved cosmetics just because there's scratches on them? You don't and neither do we. What we do is that we mark down the prices, put them in interesting value sets, so that you can stretch your dollar and get stuffs that's still as lovable.
What our As-Is Stuffs are:
• Products with physical scratches on their external packagings.
• Products with broken seals.
• Some of them are just perfectly fine, but because we only have 1 or 2 of them, and will not bring in anymore, we don't list them on Mascara.page. That's how you can get a unique product here too!
What our As-Is Stuffs are NOT:
• Sample size stuffs, unless otherwise stated.
• Used/expired cosmetics
• Smashed pans.. melted lipsticks.. you get the idea.
• Products so badly damaged that its only fit for the bin.
• Basically, if its not something that's safe to put on my face, I wouldn't risk yours either.
Stuffs to Note:
• As-Is products are sold as.. 'as-is' conditions.
• Conditions of products are described as accurately as possible.
• Scratches are defined as superficial, light scratches. They are not deep scratches like a pen-knife cut.
• These products are not returnable/ exchangeable once sold.

Terms & Conditions
General
1. Normal postage carries the risk of lost mail. Kindly opt for registered post for guaranteed safe delivery. Mascara.page will not be held responsible for loss of items through normal postage. Advice how to attempt to retrieve mail from Singpost will be given upon request; however, it is the buyer's responsibility to go to Singpost. Refunds will not be granted.
2. Kindly check all details (e.g. colour, ingredients) before purchase. Goods sold are not exchangeable.
Packagings
1. Product packaging may differ over time due to revised packaging from our US suppliers. However, rest assured that products will remain authentic and unchanged if they are listed under the same name. (Different packaging actually indicates that new stock is constantly being brought in!)
2. Cardboard packaging may be slightly dented due to shipping and posting. Rest assured, items will remain sealed.
Refunds
1. In the rare event of an item defect, Mascara.page bears full responsibility for replacing it with an identical item at no additional cost. Buyer is responsible for returning the defective product by transport or postage at their own cost.
2. Returns must be made within 7 days from the day you receive it. For buyers who receive the item via post, the Singpost date stamp on the envelope will be considered as the day of receipt.
3. As my US supplier only entertains returns with full packaging, please note that items must be returned in their original packaging.
4. Items that do not comply with the conditions stated will not be refunded/exchanged.

General
1) Why are your mascaras so super cheap, I'm so excited!
America is one of the largest cosmetic consumer countries in the world, and the competition for affordable make-up is stiff there. Moreover, by shipping in bulk, I am able to bring in your favourite mascaras at price you can rave about!
2) Are the mascaras(and other cosmetics) authentic and brand new?
Yes. I draw my cosmetics only from established and reputable suppliers with large clientele base; I also exercise strict quality checking upon shipment arrival. Please be reassured that all items are authentic and brand new.
3)Are your mascaras retail sizes or samples?
All mascaras are full retail size unless otherwise stated, no worries!
4) How long will you take to send me my mascara? My current one is desperately running out!!
"In-stock" items will be mailed out on the same day or next working day of receiving payment. To speed up verification and posting, help me by including your i-banking transaction ref. no. if possible.
6) Do you do swaps?
No I do not do swaps.
7) Do you do supply?
Nooope, I no longer supply.
Pre-orders
1) Do you take in pre-orders all the time?
No. I open specific periods(usually 1 week) to pre-orders, so that you do not have to wait too long. However, if you are really interested in pre-ordering a certain item, do let me know! Upon receiving a good amount of requests, I would bring forward my pre-orders, woo!
2) How often do you do a mass pre-order?
Currently, every 5-8 weeks. However, stock for certain items might no longer be available by next pre-order, so don't wait!
3) When's your next preorder?
Mid-February 2009. I will be bringing in instocks of exciting cosmetics in Early March! Do drop me your email so that I can keep you updated.
4) How long must I wait?
Waiting time is 14 - 28 days for preorders.
